Terms and Conditions for Baron Family Loans

1. Introduction

Welcome to Baron Family Loans. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the application for micro loans. By applying for a loan with us, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your application.

2. Definitions

 

    • “Client” refers to any individual who applies for a loan with Baron Family Loans.

    • “Loan” refers to the micro loan provided by Baron Family Loans to the Client.

    • “Service” refers to the services provided by Baron Family Loans, including loan application processing and customer support.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a micro loan from Baron Family Loans, you must meet the following criteria:

    • Be at least 18 years old.

    • Provide a valid ID Document/ID Card.

    • Submit the latest 3 months of bank statements.

    • Provide the latest payslips.

    • Be a South African citizen or a permanent resident.

4. Application Process

 

    • Clients must complete the loan application form and provide all required documentation.

    • Baron Family Loans reserves the right to verify the information provided and may request additional documentation if necessary.

    • The approval of the loan is at the sole discretion of Baron Family Loans.

5. Loan Amount and Repayment

 

    • The loan amount will be determined based on the Client’s financial situation and ability to repay.

    • Repayment terms will be outlined in the loan agreement, including the repayment schedule and interest rates.

    • Clients must ensure timely repayment of the loan as per the agreed terms. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and penalties.

6. Fees and Charges

 

    • Clients may incur fees related to the processing of their loan application, late payments, or other services as outlined in the loan agreement.

    • All fees will be disclosed to the Client prior to the finalization of the loan agreement.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

 

    • Baron Family Loans is committed to protecting the privacy of our Clients. We will not disclose any personal information without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

    • Clients’ information will be used solely for the purpose of processing their loan application and managing their account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. Amendments

Baron Family Loans reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

    • Baron Family Loans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.

    • Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the loan in question.

11. Termination

 

    • Baron Family Loans reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Client’s access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other Clients or our business.

    • Clients may terminate their relationship with Baron Family Loans at any time by repaying any outstanding loans and notifying us in writing.
